Projects
We are convinced that sustainable learning comes from direct experience. That is why all our projects are based on the principle of experiential learning: participants are given the opportunity to immerse themselves physically, emotionally, and intellectually in other worlds and to discover new perspectives.
Our educational programs are designed for different target groups. With Move Your Limits!, we reach out to school classes, while Dancing Diversity and Inclusion in Motion are designed as professional development programs for educators. We call our inclusive dance class for people with and without disabilities Moving Together.
All projects are led by mixed-ability teams of trainers. The diverse experiences and perspectives of our trainers make diversity immediately tangible and create an authentic space for encounter, exchange, and shared learning.

Moving Together
Moving Together is an inclusive dance and movement class for people with and without disabilities. The focus is on the joy of movement, shared experiences, and the opportunity to perceive one’s own body in new ways.
In a supportive and open environment, participants explore together how movement connects people, enables communication beyond language, and fosters new encounters. Through dance, bodywork, and rhythm, spaces for creativity, expression, and mutual learning are created.
The course combines improvisation, partner exercises, and body-oriented methods to strengthen body awareness, expand movement possibilities, and build strength, energy, and self-confidence. The focus is not on performance or prior knowledge, but on individual experience and shared interaction.
The course is led by Philipp Bellos and Lena Maya Turek, a mixed-ability team of instructors.
Duration: 8 session

Move your limits!
Dancing Diversity is a professional development program for educators across all fields of practice that uses dance as a medium to bring inclusion and diversity to life. In addition to personal self-awareness, participants will gain concrete methods and tools to lead inclusive dance and movement sessions themselves and integrate them into their educational practice.
Through moving together, creative exploration, and experiencing dance without sight, new perspectives are opened up, reservations are overcome, and the potential of diversity is made visible. The training strengthens both the understanding of inclusion and the practical skills needed to implement inclusive dance programs.
The training is led by a mixed-abled team of trainers.
